What Is This Service

White label website development, defined

White label website development is a fulfillment arrangement where a dedicated development team turns an approved design or client brief into a live, production-ready website under your agency’s name. You manage the client. We write the code, install and configure the CMS, test every function, and deliver a working site with full credentials and documentation. WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom. The finished build carries no Nova and More reference anywhere.

The Agency Problem

You have a project to deliver. You need a developer you can trust.

Most agencies can sell a website development project. The challenge is delivering one on time and to the standard your client expects. When your development capacity is a single freelancer with three other clients, your deadline and your client relationship both depend on someone outside your control.

Finding a developer who can actually build it

You have an approved design and a client expecting a live site. The developer you briefed is two weeks behind on another project. Reliable developers are rarely available at short notice, and the ones who are tend to be booked out.

Delivered, but not actually working

The developer marks the project complete. You forward the staging link to your client. Three sections break on mobile, the contact form goes nowhere, and the homepage loads in nine seconds. You told them it was ready.

One person controls everything

Your developer holds the repository, the hosting credentials, and every decision made about how the site was structured. When they go quiet before launch, you have no visibility, no backup, and no way to pick up where they left off.

Scope creep that eats your margin

Your client asks for one extra feature three days before go-live. Your developer prices it as a new project. You are now negotiating additional budget with a client who assumed it was included from the start.

What's Included

What you receive in every delivery

Every build is scoped before it starts, developed to the agreed specification, and QA-tested before the staging link goes anywhere. You receive a live site, working credentials, and everything your client needs to take ownership from day one.
01

Fully Built Website

Every page in the project scope, built to the agreed brief or approved design. No placeholder sections, no unbuilt pages. The site we deliver is the site you briefed.

02

Mobile-Responsive on Every Page

Every page is built responsive from the ground up. Layouts tested across breakpoints before handoff. Not an afterthought or a mobile stylesheet patched on afterward.

03

Working CMS, Ready for Your Client

We install and configure the CMS so your client can update their own content without touching code. Pages, posts, and media blocks are set up and editable from day one.

04

QA-Tested Before Every Handoff

The site goes through a structured QA pass before the staging link leaves our desk. Every form, every page, every device. Nothing reaches your client unverified.

How It Works

Brief in. Site out.
Five steps between.

01
Start

You Send the Brief

Share the project brief. Platform, page list, approved design files or creative direction, any functionality requirements, and client-specific notes. We confirm receipt within one business day.

02
Confirm

We Confirm Scope

We review the brief, confirm page count, platform, and any custom functionality. If anything needs clarifying, we send one consolidated set of questions before development starts.

03
Produce

Development Begins

We set up the environment, install the CMS, and build the site page by page to the approved spec. Internal QA checks run throughout the build, not just at the end when it is too late to catch structural issues.

04
Refine

Two Revision Rounds

You review the staging build and submit consolidated feedback from your client. We implement and share the updated build. A second round resolves any remaining scope items. Structured, not open-ended.

05
Deliver

Live Site Delivered

The finished site arrives with all login credentials, CMS documentation, and a pre-launch QA summary. Ready for your client to review or push live immediately.

Why Agency Partners Choose Us

Reliable development delivery, every time

01

Your client never sees our name

A full NDA is in place before any brief is shared. Every file, credential, and deliverable goes to you. The repository, the admin panel, and the CMS dashboard carry no Nova and More reference. Your client’s project is entirely in your agency’s name.

02

QA is not optional on any build

Every site clears the same checklist before it leaves our desk. Cross-device layout testing, form submission verification, load speed, and console error checks. The same standard applies on project one and project twenty.

03

A timeline you can quote your client

From brief confirmation to final handoff in 10 to 15 business days. If scope affects the timeline, we flag it before we start, not after the deadline has passed. You can give your client a go-live date and hold to it.

04

We build to the spec we agreed

Whether that is a six-page WordPress site or a thirty-page Shopify store with custom integrations, we scope it precisely before we start and build exactly what was agreed. No substitutions, no scope drift at handoff.

05

Top-rated on Clutch

5-star rating from agencies across the US and Europe. Reviewed publicly by the partners we work with. The track record is visible, not just claimed.

06

Platform-flexible development

WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, or custom code. We build on the platform your client’s project requires. You specify in the brief. We confirm before we start. No steering toward the stack that is fastest for us to deliver.

What comes next

Need the design before the build?

If your client's design has not been finalized yet, we handle that first. White label web design, Figma source files, and UI/UX work are all available under the same model. Brief in, approved design out, then straight into development. Your agency name throughout.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask
before starting

Straight answers about how white label local SEO works, what’s included, and what to expect.
What platforms do you build on?

We build primarily on WordPress and Shopify. We also handle WooCommerce, LMS platforms such as LearnDash, SaaS websites, and custom builds. Tell us the platform in the brief and we confirm scope before starting.

Not always. If your client has an approved Figma file or PDF mockup, we build directly from it. If design has not been completed yet, we can handle that first through our white label web design service and move straight to development once it is approved.

You do. We deliver the full source code, all site credentials, login details, and any license keys to you at handoff. We retain no access to the site after delivery unless you bring us back for additional work.

Yes. We build from Figma files, PDF mockups, or Adobe XD files. Before we start, we flag any part of the design that requires a technical decision so there are no surprises at the build stage.

We share a staging link for each review. You collect your client’s feedback, consolidate it, and send it back. We implement and return the updated build. Two rounds are included in the project scope. Changes that expand the original brief are scoped and quoted separately before we proceed.

We check every page across desktop and mobile, verify all forms and contact points, test load speed, and confirm no broken links or console errors before the final handoff. Nothing leaves our desk unverified.

Post-launch changes are scoped and quoted separately. We can support ongoing maintenance and updates, or your agency can manage it independently. The site and all credentials are yours at handoff, so you have full control over what happens next.

Most builds are delivered in 10 to 15 business days from brief submission and scope confirmation. Complex projects with custom functionality may take longer, which we confirm before we start.
