What platforms do you build on?
We build primarily on WordPress and Shopify. We also handle WooCommerce, LMS platforms such as LearnDash, SaaS websites, and custom builds. Tell us the platform in the brief and we confirm scope before starting.
Do you need a design file to start?
Not always. If your client has an approved Figma file or PDF mockup, we build directly from it. If design has not been completed yet, we can handle that first through our white label web design service and move straight to development once it is approved.
Who owns the code and repository after delivery?
You do. We deliver the full source code, all site credentials, login details, and any license keys to you at handoff. We retain no access to the site after delivery unless you bring us back for additional work.
Can you build to an existing design exactly?
Yes. We build from Figma files, PDF mockups, or Adobe XD files. Before we start, we flag any part of the design that requires a technical decision so there are no surprises at the build stage.
How do revisions work on a development project?
We share a staging link for each review. You collect your client’s feedback, consolidate it, and send it back. We implement and return the updated build. Two rounds are included in the project scope. Changes that expand the original brief are scoped and quoted separately before we proceed.
What does pre-launch QA cover?
We check every page across desktop and mobile, verify all forms and contact points, test load speed, and confirm no broken links or console errors before the final handoff. Nothing leaves our desk unverified.
What happens if the client needs changes after launch?
