What Is a White label stationery design

White label stationery design, Defined

White label stationery design is when a specialist design team creates branded office stationery on behalf of a digital agency. Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and presentation materials are designed to brand standards and delivered as print-ready files under the agency’s brand. The end client receives the work as their agency’s and never interacts with or knows about Nova and More.

Stationery design is a brand consistency task as much as a design task. Every piece needs to be built from the same brand foundation: the same typefaces, the same color values, the same proportional use of the logo. When business card, letterhead, and envelope are designed separately by different people or at different times, inconsistencies appear. We design the full set as one cohesive project so they all look correct together.

Every file is prepared to commercial print standards with crop marks, bleed, CMYK color, and resolution specifications that any US or European print vendor will accept. Source files in Illustrator or InDesign are included so your client can make future text updates without recreating the design.

How It Works

Brief to print-ready files
In three steps

01
Step One

Brief and Brand Assets

You share the brand brief including existing logo files, brand guidelines if available, contact details for the business card, and the scope of stationery items required. We review the brand assets and confirm the full scope before any design work begins. If no brand guidelines exist, we work directly from the logo and agreed color and typography choices.

02
Step Two

Design and Review

We design the full stationery set as a cohesive package. You receive a review file showing all items together so you can assess consistency across the set before approving. Revisions are handled at this stage. All agreed revision rounds are included in the project scope confirmed at briefing.

03
Step Three

Print-Ready Delivery

Once approved, we prepare all print-ready PDF files with bleed, crop marks, CMYK color, and embedded fonts. Source files are packaged alongside the print files. Everything is delivered under your agency's name. Your client can send the print files directly to a printer without any preparation. No Nova and More reference anywhere in the package.

Why Agencies Choose Nova & More

Why agencies trust us with client stationery

01

Designed as a set, not individual pieces

Every item in the stationery set is designed in a single project against the same brand rules. Business card, letterhead, and envelope are consistent with each other. There are no version drift or inconsistency issues that occur when pieces are designed separately at different times.
02

Print-ready files, no preparation required

Print-ready PDF files with bleed, crop marks, CMYK color, and 300 DPI are delivered with every project. Your client sends the files to the printer and it works the first time. No trips back to the designer to fix color mode or add bleed.
03

NDA before the brief is shared

A full NDA is signed before any client contact details, brand assets, or business information reach us. Your client’s brand assets and contact information stay protected throughout the project.
04

Source files always included

Illustrator or InDesign source files are delivered with every project. Your client can update contact details, add a team member’s business card, or revise the letterhead in the future without paying for a full redesign.
05

US and European print standards

We produce files that meet print vendor requirements on both sides of the Atlantic. US Letter and A4 letter sizes, US #10 and DL envelopes, standard business card dimensions for both markets are all covered.
06

Invisible in every deliverable

Every file is named and packaged under your agency’s branding. Nova and More does not appear in any file name, source file, or embedded metadata that your client or their printer will see.

What agencies want to know before placing a stationery brief with us.

What is white label stationery design for agencies?
White label stationery design is when a specialist design team creates branded office stationery on behalf of a digital agency. Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and presentation materials are designed to brand standards and delivered as print-ready files under the agency’s brand. The end client receives the work as their agency’s and never interacts with or knows about Nova and More.

A standard stationery project covers business cards (front and back), letterhead, envelopes (business DL and C5 sizes), and an email signature template. Add-ons include branded folders, presentation covers, note pads, and other branded office materials. All items in a project are designed as a cohesive set, not as individual unrelated pieces.

A full stationery set covering business card, letterhead, and envelope takes five to seven business days. Larger projects including presentation folders and additional materials take seven to ten business days. All timelines are confirmed at scoping before work begins.
No. Every project starts with a full NDA before any client information is shared. All files, documentation, and communications are delivered under your agency’s name. Nova and More does not appear in any file name, design credit, or client-facing material throughout the project.
