The Challenge

Sell a Tower That Did Not Exist Yet

Mount Khalid is set to become the tallest residential complex in Islamabad, located in Gulberg Greens. When the developer came to Nova & More, they had a site, a vision, and an architectural plan. What they did not have was a brand, a sales team, or any kind of digital marketing infrastructure.

Real estate digital marketing for a luxury pre-launch development is a specific problem. Buyers are making some of the largest financial decisions of their lives. They are doing it based on renders, floor plans, and promises. Trust has to be built before a single floor is poured, and that trust starts with how the brand looks, how the sales team talks, and how the project shows up online.

The scope of work covered every stage of the pre-launch journey: brand identity, sales team recruitment and training, a flagship launch event, and a full-channel digital marketing rollout including SEO, PPC, social media, and virtual tours. This was not one deliverable. It was the entire go-to-market operation.

01 — Brand Identity

A Name Becomes a Standard

We built the Mount Khalid brand from the ground up. Logo system, visual identity, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and the full collateral suite: brochures, floor plan layouts, signage, and sales materials. Every touchpoint communicated the same standard of luxury before a single apartment was shown. The brand had to carry the weight of the entire pre-launch promise.

02 — Sales Team Build

Trained to Sell the Vision

We helped recruit, onboard, and train the Mount Khalid sales team. Scripts, objection handling guides, floor plan presentation decks, and walkthrough protocols were all developed in-house. A sales team selling a pre-launch luxury tower needs to be fluent in the product, the positioning, and the buyer psychology. We built that readiness before the launch event.

03 — Launch Event

The Moment That Sets the Tone

The flagship launch event was designed to create a physical experience of a property that did not yet physically exist. Architectural renders, scale models, virtual tours, and the full brand environment were brought together to give prospective buyers and investors a credible, immersive first look. The event generated the early interest that digital marketing could then build on.

04 — Digital Marketing Launch

SEO, PPC, Social, and Virtual Tours

From the point of launch, we activated a full digital marketing operation. SEO for real estate development and luxury property keywords in Islamabad. PPC campaigns targeting investment buyers and high-net-worth individuals. Social media content and community management across Instagram and Facebook. And virtual tours of completed show units to remove the barrier of buying off-plan. All five channels ran in parallel from day one.
