We built the Mount Khalid brand from the ground up. Logo system, visual identity, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and the full collateral suite: brochures, floor plan layouts, signage, and sales materials. Every touchpoint communicated the same standard of luxury before a single apartment was shown. The brand had to carry the weight of the entire pre-launch promise.
We helped recruit, onboard, and train the Mount Khalid sales team. Scripts, objection handling guides, floor plan presentation decks, and walkthrough protocols were all developed in-house. The flagship launch event was designed to create a physical experience of a property that did not yet physically exist. Architectural renders, scale models, virtual tours, and the full brand environment were brought together to give prospective buyers and investors a credible, immersive first look. The event generated the early interest that digital marketing could then build on.
